Using CueMeTerms of Service
Updated October 3, 2026. These terms explain what to expect when you use CueMe and its support website.
Using CueMe
These terms cover use of CueMe and its support website. CueMe helps you write, rehearse and record your own scripts. Use it lawfully, respect other people’s privacy, and obtain any permission needed to record or use someone else’s content. You are responsible for the content you create, import and share.
Your content
You keep your rights in your scripts and recordings. CueMe does not claim ownership of them. You allow the app to process content on your device and through features you enable, such as speech recognition or sharing. Account identity and profile data are processed by Clerk and Supabase to provide sign-in and account setup. Keep your own backups: this version stores your workspace locally and does not offer CueMe cloud recovery.
Free and Premium access
You can continue with the free workspace by closing the paywall. Available Premium plans, included features, prices, currency and payment terms are displayed before purchase. Monthly and annual plans, when enabled for real store billing, renew under the terms displayed by the store unless cancelled through that store. A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase for the Premium access described at purchase, rather than a recurring subscription. Test Store transactions are simulations and are not real paid subscriptions.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Real purchases and refunds are handled by the store or payment provider identified at checkout. Review its terms and cancellation process before purchasing. You can find billing and restoration options in Settings → Account → Subscription. Removing CueMe or deleting local content does not cancel a recurring subscription. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Device and service limits
Recording quality, available lenses and speech recognition depend on your device, permissions and operating system. Voice matching can make mistakes; review your script and recorded take. Network access may be needed for speech recognition or subscription verification. Features can change as the app develops, and the current beta may contain errors.
Acceptable use
Do not use CueMe to violate the law, infringe another person’s rights, secretly record where consent is required, or interfere with the app or its services. Third-party services used for speech, purchases, file sharing and hosting have their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
CueMe is provided with the limitations described here and in the app. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect transcription or recovery of files stored only on your device. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes and support
We may update the app and these terms. The current version and update date are shown on this page. Material changes will be described with the updated terms. Visit Help or Contact Support for the available assistance channels.
