Your workspace

CueMe is a teleprompter and recording app. Scripts, notes, recording files and preferences are stored locally on your device. Sign-in is required through Apple or Google, managed by Clerk. Supabase stores your account identifier, display name, provider photo URL and onboarding status. Your sign-in email and provider identity are managed by Clerk. Custom profile photos selected on this device stay local. Scripts and recordings do not sync to the cloud. CueMe does not include advertising or a separate behavioral analytics service.

Permissions and speech

Camera and microphone access let you record video and audio. Speech recognition access lets Voice Following match your speech to your script. Your device’s speech provider may process audio over a network under Apple’s or Google’s policies. CueMe supplies limited script text as recognition context. You can turn Voice Following off and use timed or manual reading controls. Photos access is used when saving a take; notifications are used for local shoot reminders.

Subscriptions

CueMe uses RevenueCat to present plans, validate purchases and restore Premium access. RevenueCat receives your Clerk account identifier and purchase/subscription information, and processes the connection and store/locale information needed for its service. Scripts and recording files are not uploaded to RevenueCat by CueMe. When real store billing is enabled, Apple or Google handles payment details under its own policies. Test Store transactions are simulated.

Sharing and feedback

Exporting scripts, saving videos to Photos or using the share sheet sends the content to the destination you choose. Photos may be backed up through your device’s settings. Feedback is prepared in the app and is shared only when you choose a destination. If you contact support, the information you send is used to answer your request; do not send content you do not want reviewed.

Retention and deletion

Local content stays on your device until you remove it or uninstall CueMe. Signing out hides your local workspace until you sign in to the same account again; it does not delete local content or your cloud profile. Uninstalling does not remove your Clerk account or Supabase profile. Contact support for account-data removal. Delete scripts in Scripts and recordings in Takes; deleting a script keeps its recorded takes. Export important content first. Deleting a local take does not delete a copy already saved to Photos or shared elsewhere. Purchase records held by RevenueCat and the app stores follow their retention policies; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Account services

Apple or Google authenticates your sign-in, Clerk maintains your CueMe identity and session, and Supabase stores your CueMe profile and setup status. These services process account and connection information needed to operate their services. CueMe uses secure device storage for native session tokens. The account profile can sync between devices; your scripts and recording files stay local.

Your choices

Use Settings → Privacy & Data to review permissions and export or manage your workspace. Change permissions through your device settings. Control reminders per script, disable Voice Following, or turn haptic feedback off. CueMe cannot access files you have not imported or videos outside the permissions you grant.

This website

The CueMe support website contains help and policy pages. It has no advertising, analytics script, sign-in or feedback collection form. When hosted on Cloudflare, Cloudflare may process request metadata such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and secure the website under its own policies. Links to other providers follow their privacy policies.

Updates and contact

This policy describes the current app. We will update it if storage, accounts, subscriptions or other data handling changes. The contact page lists the available support channel. A dedicated support email is not yet published.
